Dexter cattle produce outstanding quality of beef with good marbing which is full of flavour. Due to the small size of our herd, we only have a limited supply but we can add your order to the waiting list if necessary
Please be aware that Dexters are small cattle and this is reflected in the size of the joints and steaks. If you have a particular request or order, this is not a problem as long as we know well in advance so that we can let our butcher know.
Please let us have 24 hours notice of your order and we can either arrange a time for collection from the farm (bring the family to see the animals) or we can deliver locally.
We also have a limited supply of Hereford Beef available, in either beef packs or as individual cuts. These are from our two Hereford Steers that we purchased a couple of years ago to help use up the Haylage that we had. Prices as below with a 10% discount.
