Traditionally Reared Rare beed Gloucester old Spot Pork from our Pedigree Herd
Gloucester Old Spots produce excellent old fashioned pork which produces wonderful crackling. Unlike the pork that you can buy in the supermarket, the Gloucester Old Spot produces pork with a layer of fat which both keeps the meat moist but also gives it a fantastic flavour.
Our two local butchers produce our sausages and according to some of our customers, they are the only sausages that do not shrink when they are cooked due to the high quality meat that are used in their production.
If you have a particular request or order, this is not a problem as long as we know well in advance so that we can let our butchers know.
Please let us have 24 hours notice of your order and we can either arrange a time for collection from the farm (bring the family to see the animals) or we can deliver locally.

ADOPT A PIG - When the piglets are weaned at eight weeks, come and choose your piglet and then visit as often as you like (by prior arrangement). Then when they are between six and seven months old, come and collect your pork which will have been cut and packed to order.
Total Price £320.00, with a deposit of a £100.00 paid up front and remainder on collection of the pork. - Subject to availability.
